QUALITY PROGRAMS / PRODUCTS BOEING 767

Engitech, with this work, has developed support activities for the Quality  of Programs / Products for the followung segments relating to the basic version and the KC46 (2C) version  of the Boeing 767 program:

• Vertical Fin, Inboard Flap, Outboard Flap, Slat I&O, Wing Tip

in particular Engitech has performed:

       LINE TESTING ACTIVITIES

• Inspection reported in the work cycles (Work Order / Assembly List / Bill of Materials) to check the work performed
• Execution of " First article Inspection " (FAI) activities for version KC46 (2C) 
• Control of the " Rework"  activities performed following  the issue of non - conformities, minor defects or corrective actions requested by the Customer
• Support in maintaining the efficiency of the manufacturing, assembly and control equipment as required by the competent corporate bodies
• Analisysis of Contro Plans aimed at veryfing product conformity
• Compilation and manage of the documentation relating Defects  and Non Conformities
• Endorsement of the inspection phases carried out on a cycle basis

       QUALITY ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES

• Analysis of the project drawings of the configuration documents aimed at verifying the conformity of the product
• Analysis of the material and process specifications referred to in the work cycles aimed at verifying product conformity
• Preparation and management of inspection plans
• Non-compliance management (MRR)
• Planning of "First Article Inspection" (FAI) activities
• Management of equipment for the relevant activities
• Management and monitoring of the corrective actions implemented on the B767 program
• Verification of the status of certification, certification and training of operating personnel 
• Management of product metrics (Quality Indicators)
• Support in the preparation of the progress of the activities, customer presentations, visibility and monitoring of the activities.
