INSPECTION LINE COMPOSITE PARTS MANUFACTURING

Engitech carried out quality controls in the manufacturing area of ​​composite material parts relating to the Boeing 787 program at the production areas of the Alenia Aermacchi factories in Grottaglie.

In particular :

• Verification of conformity of the manufacture of parts in composite material (one piece barrel Sec.44 and Sec.46) and Source Inspection on fuselage sections Sec.44 and Sec.46, in particular inspections on fresh material in phase lamination and on cured material during surface inspection and finishing.
• Product Conformity verification activities in accordance with the control phases of the Work Orders and Control Plans.
• To certify, in the production documentation, the controls performed by certifying the phase of the Work Orders.
• Compile and issue the documentation relating to the detected non-conformities (Defect Lists, Scrap / Rework Bills, MRR).
