he "ATS" system (Automation Technical Support) arises from the need to support users in the use and management of automatic systems whose processes interface with management application systems. Automation Technical Support provides a service for managing the recurring system.

The objective of the service offered by Engitech, in the context of the management of the "ATS" system, for the Alenia Aermacchi plants in Nola, Foggia and Torino Caselle, is to reduce plant malfunctions and increase performance by analyzing malfunctions related and / or requests from the end user while offering ongoing support.
