RE-ENGINEERING THERMICAL TREATMENTS

ENGITECH has designed, developed and installed the New Control and Management System for the Ferre Heating Treatments System in line with the NADCAP requirements.

The development project cycle involved Reverse Engineering Activities for system drive logic and design, development and installation of the New Control Architecture and Plant Management.

The New System presents the following features:

• Manual and automatic control modes management during maintenance 
• Commands Recording, implementations and input / output signals
• Traceability of process parameters 
• Configuration and execution of heat treatment cycles 
• Integration with plant information systems
