FLOORSTOCK TROLLEYS

ENGITECH has designed and manufactured 120 trolleys for the storage of materials of the “Floorstock” category on the production lines for the Hitachi Rail plants in Pistoia and Reggio Calabria.

The structure of the trolleys was made of S235 J (Fe 360) and painted in the color RAL 1003 Yellow Signal and includes 4 equally-spaced shelves with tubulars in the corners. Each of these shelves can support a load of about 200 kg evenly distributed and is equipped with a 20 mm edge, suitably protected by black EPDM rubber. for the containment of lofty boxes

the maximum load that can be supported is highlighted by an appropriate safety adhesive label).

The structure is completed by 4 brakeable pivoting wheels with a diameter of 150 mm and with a capacity of 600 kg each in vulcanized polyurethane with polyamide hub on two ball bearings, indicated for the use of trolleys in departments with exclusively industrial resin floors .
