Retrofit Schenck Machine

ENGITECH has designed a Technological Management and Control System Upgrade for the Traction Testing Machine Schenck RSA 100 by the Mechanical Laboratory of the Alenia Aeronautical plant in Nola.

The old Control System in wired logic and the old Management Computer have been replaced with an industrial Control Platform PXI and a New Management System developed in a LabView environment.

The New System offers main features as:

• Management of Maintenance Control Modes , Manual and Automatic Calibration
• Registration of Commands, Implementations and Input / Output Signals 
• Configuration and execution of Traction Tests according to ASTM E8 
• istorical recording of the Test Results
